Real Estate Agent Sandra Dondio from Ray White Myrtleford told Kylie & Kev it’s a unique property that’s sparked plenty of interest from potential buyers.

“It’s one of the top holiday accommodations in North East Victoria,” Sandra explained.

“We’ve managed it for the owners and I’ve been speaking to Richie a lot over the years, so to me he’s just a normal guy that I deal with, and he’s been great to deal
with.” It appears a passion for the great outdoors inspired the pair to invest in the area.

“They love going motorbike riding around the area,” Sandra said.

“I think they went to purchase next door at an auction and missed out, so they purchased the land beside it and built this fantastic property.

‘Hopefully we find that perfect buyer and Carl and Richie will definitely return to the North East and stay at that property which is even better.”
