City approves $2 million overhaul of JC KIng Park's netball complex
The J.C. King Park Netball complex in Albury is to have a major $2 million upgrade, following approval from Albury City Council this week.
About 10,000 netballers use the complex each year, and the work will include the demolition of the existing buildings, and construction of a new Sports Pavilion, Community Room, Change Rooms and Toilets.
The Albury Netball Association will contribute more than half a million dollars to the project, with work to start in September.
Meanwhile, Council also voted to proceed with an investigation into the redevelopment of the Lauren Jackson Sports Centre
